The Programme for Advanced Interactive Prototype Research (PAIPR)
The Programme for Advanced Interactive Prototype Research (PAIPR) is investigating methods for rapid design and development of computer embedded products such as mobile phones and PDAs. The team works closely with blue chip companies, including Sony-Ericsson and leading academic institutions such as Lancaster University. The group is active in four key areas of Information Appliance Design and prototyping research: In Context Testing, Augmented Virtual Environments, Physicality and Very Fast Prototyping.
